Chicken Wings

Ingredients
Method
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels.
- Toss with salt and pepper.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 360°F (182°C) for 8 minutes.
- Turn the wings and continue cooking for 4–6 minutes more, until browned and crisp.
- If using, brush the wings generously with the glaze.
- Return to the air fryer at 400°F (205°C) for 1–3 minutes, just long enough to set the glaze.
- Air fryer times vary dramatically by wing size. Begin checking after 10 minutes total cooking time. The goal is crisp skin, not prolonged cooking.
Storage
- Refrigerate leftover wings in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
- These can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
- Reheat in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes or until heated through and the skin has re-crisped.
