What it's not

It is not the 5000th Keto "hacks and tricks" site with weird things like "chaffles" and "almost tastes like X" recipes that you'd never serve a normal human being, or that you could never imagine actually paying for at a restaurant.

It's not a site with 1,000+ recipes.

It's not 100% pure Keto. Almost all recipes you find here will qualify as pure Keto, but if something can't meet the strict definition of Keto but is worth considering occasionally, I won't shy away from recommending it. I call this "strategic carbs". None of us can be pure all the time, but when we go non-Keto, let's do it with something excellent and as healthy as reasonable.

It's not an imposter recipe site. You'll find nothing that attempts to replicate a dish ("It's a vegetarian version of bacon!") -- either we can make the actual dish in a manner that works for real people or we can't. More exciting is when, while attempting to replicate something like mashed potatoes, we come up with a new thing that is not mashed potatoes but something different and even more useful and versatile (see Cauliflower Purée).
What it is

Invisible Keto is an overall approach to cooking healthy whole foods that you can serve to anyone and they will love it.

Much of what I discuss here is food we've always eaten that's always been healthy. When we get excited about a new way of eating, we can get obsessed with the "almost tastes like" hacks and forget that many meals we make or buy all the time are perfectly compatible with Keto, or can be made Keto with simple, invisible modifications.

I do incorporate some ingredients and lessons that the Keto community has developed over the years, but only when they add something new to the food landscape that could be used by any chef for any way of cooking and eating. For example, many chefs would be amazed by the advances in low-carb sweeteners that allow many desserts to be very low-carb with no loss of taste (unlike the early Keto sweetener solutions that never really worked).

While I do provide a number of recipes I consider particularly excellent and worth calling out, the overall purpose of this site is to show you how to cook most normal meals in a low-carb/Keto style without reducing their quality.

The word "Invisible" is key. If you serve a dish to someone and they have no idea that it's low-carb, that's Invisible Keto.
